1980 Company established by Uta Held with headquarters in Mosbach-Lohrbach. Approval as aviation company and flight school for Private Pilot training, PPL (A)
1984 Expansion of the flight school for the training of private helicopter pilots, PPL (H)
1989 Additional branch office at Speyer Airfield. Foundation of an aircraft workshop.
1994 Change of location and further expansion at the Mannheim-Neuostheim airfield.
1996 License of the aviation yard in accordance with JAR 145, expansion of the aeroplane and helicopter pool, purchase of a procedure practice device Frasca 142, approval for the instruction of Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) granted by the Luftfahrt-Bundesamt (Federal Office for Aviation).
2001 Certification of the aviation company in accordance with DIN ISO 9001, approval for the training of Professional Helicopter Pilot CPL (H), recognition of the aviation company as AOC (Aircraft Operator Certification) in accordance with JAR-OPS 1 + 3 (aeroplanes and helicopters)
2003 Recognition of the flying school as FTO (Flight Training Organisation) in accordance with JAR-FCL for the instruction of PPL, CPL and ATPL, co-ownership of the landing strip Mosbach-Lohrbach, an additional training place for flight training, outline agreement with Hapag Lloyd to accept airline transport pilots.
2004 Mosbach-Lohrbach landing strip operator, purchase of a FNPT II (Flight Navigation Procedure Trainer) from ALSIM for ATPL and MCC training, outline agreement with Air Berlin

Kooperation contract with ADAC Luftrettung GmbH

Extension of the school for training instrument flight helicopter
